• Conference registration fee Includes;

• 20% VAT will be added to the registration fees.
• Registration is mandatory for all participants and company representatives.
• Specialist rate will be valid for Company Representatives.

 Accommodation;

• The stated accommodation rates are for 2 nights at Izmir Best Western Plus Hotel for bed and breakfast, with check-in on December 5 and check-out on December 7.
• 10% VAT and 2% Accommodation tax will be added to the accommodation fee. 
• The hotel does not make any room type commitment regarding the room types (sea/city wiev). Room type distribution will be determined by the hotel in accordance with the number of people to be accommodated.
• Participants who want to register in the double room category should also write the person they will stay with, the agency does not make matching.
• Room check-in is completed by 14:00 and check-out is completed by 12:00.
• The above-mentioned conditions are also valid for accompanying persons.
• * Motto Tourism reserves the right to reflect any possible changes in taxes, duties, fees and taxes that may arise for all fee items given above.

CANCELLATION & CHANGE & REFUND CONDITIONS

• All requests will be evaluated by the organizing committee according to the cancellation conditions if notified to Motto Tourism in writing.
• Cancellation of registration or accommodation will be refunded without deduction if notified until May 10, 2024.
• For cancellations requested between May 10 - June 10, a 50% deduction will be made and the refund amount will be paid after deducting bank charges.
• As of June 10, cancellations are not accepted but name changes can be made.
• Refunds will be made after the congress.

PAYMENT AND BANK DETAILS
If the payment is made by bank transfer, the receipt must be sent by e-mail to esin@motto.tc. Your registration will be confirmed and you will be informed after your payment is matched.
Payments can be made in Euro. If the payment is made by credit card, the withdrawal takes place within 3 business days.
